Step 1:

Tell us how you would like your images/ videos to look and ship us your products

Please contact us and tell us how you would like your products photographed, if you are not sure we are happy to offer suggestions. If you would like to ship your products without notifying us that is perfectly okay too. Please just include contact details in the packaging and we will notify you once we receive it.

Carefully pack up all the items that you need to photograph and ship them to us, please see our mailing address below. Make sure and pay special attention to the products you pack up ensuring that labels are straight, and the product is in excellent condition.

Have special Instructions, directions or sample photos? We welcome and highly encourage our clients to send us instructions or sample photos that indicate how you want us to shoot your product. Include them in your package or email us prior to your photo shoot. 50% deposit required.

Step 2:

Photo Shoot in our Studio

Once your package arrives at Lit Studio, we will open the package and inspect the items to ensure there has been no damage in transit. We will confirm receipt and be in touch with any specific questions we may have, and of course we will answer any questions you may have as well at this stage. Next you will be emailed a shot list for you to review and given a date of completion.

Once deposit is received your products are then photographed in our studio on the scheduled shoot date(s). Once the photo shoot is completed the images/ videos go through our post-production process. The photos/ videos are then retouched and reviewed to meet our standards.

Step 3:

Review photos. Submit payment. Download images

As soon as your images/ videos are complete we will email you a private link where you can review your content for approval. Once approved and payment is collected, we will email you a download link for your content. That same link can be forwarded to your designer, or anyone else on your team that needs access to your new content.
