To commence work on your project, a down payment of 50% of the total project cost is required. This down payment is intended to secure your project slot and allocate resources.

The average is 2 weeks. Feel free to contact us anytime with the most up to date turnaround times.

What happens if I don't like the final images or videos?

We work with every client to meet individual needs. The more you tell us the better we can meet your requirements. Please don't hesitate to let us know if something doesn't work, we are always open to discuss re-shooting. And if there is ever an error on our behalf, we will always re-shoot your project at no additional cost. We want to deliver content you can be proud of.

HOW DO i get started?

1. Contact us and let us know how you’d like your products shot.

2. Mail us your products. If you would like to ship without notifying us that is perfectly okay too. Please just include contact details in the packaging and we will notify you once we receive it.

3. We will then photograph each product. As soon as the project is complete, we’ll send you info on how to review and download your product images. Please see our How It Works page for details.
