Welcome to Lit Studio. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern our work together, outline responsibilities, and protect both your interests and mine.

I ask that all clients review these terms carefully before beginning a project. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept them in full.

Delivery Timeline:

Lit Studio will provide a due date for the final edited content. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, will be promptly communicated to the client.

Fees and Payment:

The client will pay the agreed-upon fee for the services. A deposit of 50% is required to secure Lit Studio services, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion. Additional charges may be applied for extra services requested by the client.

Important: All projects must be fully paid before deliverables are released. Partial payments are not accepted.

Usage Rights and Licensing:

Lit Studio retains the copyright to all images and has the right to use them in their portfolio and for self-promotion. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing purposes. Selling or licensing the images to third parties without Lit Studio's written consent is not permitted.

Return Process:

For product returns, customers are required to initiate the process by emailing Lit Studio a prepaid return label. Upon receipt of the prepaid return label, Lit Studio will promptly arrange for the return of your products.

Product Handling Post Photo Shoot:

In cases where additional images/videos are requested, products will be archived for a period of 4 weeks following the completion of the photo shoot. After the 4-week period, any unclaimed products will be discarded.

Restricted Items & Shipping Policy:

Due to federal regulations and potential legal liability, Lit Studio cannot mail back any products that contain any amount of THC, THCA or Delta-8. Clients are responsible for arranging an in-person pickup or coordinating pickup through a third-party courier or service. Products that fall under this category will not be returned via mail or shipping carriers under any circumstance.

Color Accuracy:

Client acknowledges that color appearance in images/ videos may vary based on lighting conditions, viewing environment, and display devices, and that exact matches between images/ videos and physical products viewed under uncontrolled lighting cannot be guaranteed. Lit Studio delivers visuals using a neutral, consistent color process intended to provide reliable results across platforms and screens.
