HOW DO I START A PHOTO SHOOT?

To initiate a photo shoot, simply reach out to us and specify your preferences for photographing your products. Send your products to us by mail. If you choose to ship them without prior notification, it's acceptable; just ensure you include your contact details in the package. We'll notify you upon receipt. Subsequently, we'll capture high-resolution images or videos of each product. Once the project is finished, we'll provide instructions on how to review and download your new content. DO YOU REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT?

To initiate your project, a 50% down payment of the total project cost is necessary. This payment secures your project slot and allocates resources.


HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FINAL IMAGES/ VIDEOS?

Upon project completion, you'll receive a private link via email to review and download the high-resolution content.


HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

For product returns, customers are required to initiate the process by emailing us a prepaid return label. Upon receipt of the prepaid return label, we will promptly arrange for the return of your products.


WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR PRODUCTS AFTER THE PHOTO SHOOT?

In cases where additional images/videos are requested, products will be archived for a period of 4 weeks following the completion of the photo shoot. After the 4-week period, any unclaimed products will be discarded.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE FINAL IMAGES OR VIDEOS?

We work with every client to meet individual needs. The more you tell us the better we can meet your requirements. Please don't hesitate to let us know if something doesn't work, we are always open to discuss re-shooting. And if there is ever an error on our behalf, we will always re-shoot your project at no additional cost. We want to deliver content you can be proud of.


WHAT KIND OF LICENSE COMES WITH THE IMAGES?

The photographer retains the copyright to all images and has the right to use them in their portfolio and for self-promotion. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing purposes. Selling or licensing the images to third parties without the photographer's written consent is not permitted.


WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

The average turnaround time is 2 weeks. Contact us for the most up-to-date information.


CAN I PAY TO HAVE MY PROJECT EXPEDITED?

Expedited services are available with a 25% surcharge, but availability is limited.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES LIT STUDIO ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, Venmo, wire transfer, certified check, or money order.


ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

Any additional expenses, such as specific backgrounds or props not in our inventory, will be added to the invoice at cost, with client approval.

Unlike transactional studios, we take the time to understand your products and brand before shooting. We offer recommendations and strategies to visually represent your brand effectively.


DO YOU ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENTS?

All projects must be fully paid before any deliverables are released. No partial payments will be accepted, and the entire project cost must be settled in advance.
