One-off: Pay half to book. Pay the rest when it's done. Nothing after that.
Monthly: 10% off every month. To start, you pay half of this month plus half of next month as a deposit. You pay the rest of this month when it's done. After that, you pay each month. Your deposit goes toward your last month.
